Ducie Island QSOs  count for DXCC on or after 2001-11-16.
The 
ARRL DX Bulletin ARLD048 (2001), dated 2001-11-16, carried the following announcement:

"ARLD048 Ducie is newest DXCC entity; DXpedition imminent Ducie Island in the South Pacific is the latest DXCC entity--the

335th. As of 0000 UTC on November 16, 2001, Ducie Island became eligible for DXCC credit as a result of a favorable vote to accept
the Pitcairn Island Amateur Radio Association (PIARA) as an  International Amateur Radio Union member-society."

Whitelisting

Ducie Island  is a whitelisted DXCC entity. The following table lists stations known to have been QRV from  Ducie Island, and which are thought to be good for DXCC credit.

The callsigns below are the only ones that Club Log will map to Ducie Island. These callsigns have been taken from QSL cards and other sources.

Callsigns that are not listed below, or QSOs outside the exception date range, will be not be mapped to  Duciue Island, but will be mapped as INVALID.
