Addition of Spratly to the DXCC list.
The following is from QST Jan. 1966, p. 90. DXCC "streamlining" plus addition of Spratly Islands, Ebon Atoll, and Cormoran Reef.
Announcement is hereby made of three additions to the ARRL Countries List. The additions are as follows: Spratly Islands, Ebon Atoll and Cormoran Reef.
Spratly Islands is territory with historic claims by four different countries but territory in the possession of no one country. This territory is located approximately 775 miles northeast of Singapore in the South China Sea.

Confirmations for contacts with all three of these additions may be submitted for DXCC credit starting March 1, 1966. Confirmations received for these listings before March 1, 1966 will be returned without credit.

Spratly Islands is a whitelisted DXCC entity. The following table lists stations known to have been QRV from Spratly Islands.
The callsigns below are the only ones that Club Log will map to Spratly Islands These callsigns have been taken from QSL cards and other sources.
Callsigns that are not listed below, or QSOs outside the exception date range, will be not be mapped to Spratly Islands but will be mapped as INVALID.
