If you can't log in or you have forgotten your password, you can ask Club Log for a password reset. Club Log will generate and send a PIN code to your registered email address. The PIN is not your password but proves that you have received the email and thus are the owner of the account.
Step 2: Fill in your email address and callsign on the password reset screen like this
When you click Request reset, Club Log will look up your account, verify the callsign and email address on file, and send you an email containing your PIN. Please wait patiently by your inbox. You will not be able to log in until you have received the email with the PIN.
Step 3: following the instructions in the email, enter the PIN and a new password (twice).
Club Log will only reset your password if you enter the correct PIN. This prevents random passers-by from tampering with user accounts.
Once you click Submit and successfully complete the process, you can login to Club Log using your email address or callsign and your new password.
Tip: If you still cannot login using a callsign and password, you might not have registered that call in Club Log. Please try again using your email address instead of the call.
