2009 changes
In 2009, Anacom, the Portuguese local regulatory agency for the amateur radio service, published new legislation.
The new legislation changed the allocation of CQ, CR & CS prefixes. In addition, no new callsigns will be issued with the CT1-4 or CU# prefixes.
These changes took effect from 2009-06-01.
