Club Log support staffed by volunteers

The entity of Midway Island (aka Midway Atoll) has been on the DXCC list since 1945. QSOs count for Midway Island from 1945-11-15. 

The DXCC enitity of  Midway Island  consists of Eastern Island and Sand Island.

The IOTA reference for Midway Island is OC-030. 

The KD6 prefix was used for Midway Island up to 1947. From mid-1947, the KM6 prefix was used for Midway Island, with WM6 for novice stations. These prefixes continued to be used until the US callsign revision of 1978-03-24, from which date the prefix became KH4, with AH4, NH4 & WH4 also being used. A small number of existing KM6 calls were used for a while after the prefix change to KH4, see below.

Midway Island  is a whitelisted DXCC entity, currently for QSOs on or after 1978-03-24. The following table lists stations known to have been QRV from Midway Island Island, and which are thought to be good for DXCC credit.

The callsigns below are the only ones in the whitelist period that Club Log will map to Midway Island, and only for QSO dates within the exception date range. These callsigns have been taken from QSL cards and other sources.

Callsigns in the whitelist period that are not listed below, or QSOs outside the exception date range, will be not be mapped to Midway Island, but will be mapped as INVALID.
