Logbook

The Logbook is a mobile copy of your active callsign’s log on Club Log. QSOs are saved on your phone and kept in sync when you are online. You can search, filter, add, edit, and delete contacts from the app. If you use logging software with Club Log Gateway, QSOs uploaded through Gateway appear here after sync.

When sync is running, waiting, or has failed, a banner at the top of the list explains the state and may show the last sync time or an error. The search field accepts a DX callsign or prefix; press search to find matches in your log (online search when connected). Beside the field, a small menu sets how matching works: Contains, Starts with, or Exact. Each row shows date, time, callsign, band, mode, and QSL status; tap for full detail.

The toolbar on the right offers several controls. Live / Paused determines whether new QSOs appear as they arrive from sync; paused freezes the list until you resume. Sync runs a manual sync with Club Log and is disabled offline or without Gateway credentials; the icon animates while syncing. Add QSO opens the entry form. Filters opens a screen where you can limit by date range, UTC hour of day, band, mode, CQ zone, or DXCC entity (including Invalid for DXCC); tap Apply to run the filter or Cancel to close without changes. A filled filter icon means at least one filter is active.

Swipe a row left to Edit or right to Delete. Deleting or editing a confirmed QSO triggers a warning because the contact is already confirmed in your log.

Auto sync interval (Off, 5, 15, or 30 minutes while the app is open) is set under Settings → Logbook → Auto Sync.

Offline, local QSOs remain visible but sync is disabled and search may be limited to what is already on the phone. Timelines and DXCC Charts can open filtered views into this log; Log Matching shows reciprocal matches with other Club Log users.
