DX Dash

DX Dash is the home screen for many operators. It gives you a quick picture of your active callsign’s recent activity before you dive into a specific tool: headline statistics, a map of recent contacts, a band activity heatmap, your latest QSOs, and DXCC progress broken down by band. Pull down anywhere on the screen to refresh.

On a wide layout (typically iPad in landscape) the map and contact list sit beside the stats. On a phone they stack vertically. The top shows your callsign and summary tiles for worked, confirmed, and verified totals, plus a logging streak in days when that data is available.

The world map draws arcs from your location to recent worked stations, with pin colours matching band colours used elsewhere in the app. If you have Day/Night Overlay turned on in Settings → Maps, a night hemisphere is drawn on the map and updates periodically. Below or beside the map, a heatmap shows when you have been most active by band and time of day.

The Last contacts list shows recent QSOs with callsign, entity, band, and time. Tap a row to open your logbook filtered to that contact. Additional highlight cards may appear depending on your data. At the bottom, DXCC progress by band shows worked, confirmed, and verified counts per band in horizontal rows; tap a band to open DXCC Charts for that band.

Without a network connection the screen shows Device offline. Pull down to refresh once you are back online. The active callsign in Settings determines whose log is shown. Logbook and Leagues are natural next steps from here.
