This article is not complete - please help by providing the missing QTH & oblast info! Also, any QSL scans for callsigns that do not have a blue link would be appreciated.
From 1974-05-08 1974, special event stations commemorated the 30th anniversary of the liberation of Soviet territory, from Nazi occupation, in 1944.
Until 1975-05-09, Pobieda-30, aka Victory-30, stations commemorated the 30th anniversary of the end of WWII, in 1945.
A number of special event stations were QRV, all with the callsign format Ux30cc, where x is a single character representing the USSR Republic and cc is a two-letter combination derived from the city name. In addition, the station U30A and U30R were QRV.
Each station was QRV for a period of 24 hours from 03:00z (00:00 Moscow time) from each city.
The following table lists stations that are known to have been active, but there may be more.

Notes
1. It is probable that all callsigns that were QRV in 1974 were also QRV in 1975.
2. The Club Log information is based on data in the Club Log QSO database in mid-February, 2012.
3. Club Log maps all the above callsigns by prefix, except for those in Asiatic Russia, which are mapped by exception.
4. Date differences of one day between the Club Log date and the source date are probably caused by the three-hour difference between GMT and Moscow time.
5. Operations on 1975-04-22 were from the capital cities of USSR Republics to celebrate the 105th anniversary of Lenin's birth.
6. Operations commencing on 1975-05-08 at 2100z celebrated the 30th anniversary of the end of WWII.
7. Operations commencing on 1975-05-09 at 1350z celebrated "Victory Day".
