1976 US Bicentennial prefixes

US hams were allowed to use a special prefix, instead of their normal one, throughout 1976, for the 1976 US Bicentennial celebrations.
Some of these prefix mappings are non-intuitive!
Some logging programs do not map these prefixes correctly.

Here is a list of the correct mappings:
