Try this label definition:
[[DATE_TIME]] on [[BAND]][[BANDUNIT]] 2x[[MODE]] [[RST_SNR_LABEL]][[RST]] [[SAT_NAME]]
The trick is to use BANDUNIT, which will take care of the QO-100 requirements on your label automatically.
