It's not unusual to get confused when you can't login to our helpdesk. This is because it's not actually part of Club Log!
There are two distinct web sites behind the scenes. Club Log is our application, hosted under clublog.org.
The helpdesk system is Freshdesk, which is a tool we use for helping us manage support tickets. This is hosted under https://clublog.freshdesk.com.
These systems each have their own logins, and they are not interchangeable.

Club Log's Freshdesk helpdesk: https://clublog.freshdesk.com/support/home
Now that you know these two are separate, hopefully you'll not find this too confusing.
