Anyone can browse the public information on the Club Log website ... but to input and analyze your own log you first need to establish an account on the system.  Club Log keeps track of users, their data, and their access rights using their personal accounts.


Visit the registration page for the sign-up form that looks like this:


  1. Read the notes first, including the privacy policy and conditions of use of Club Log below the form.  If you are unhappy about the requirements, Club Log may not be right for you.
  2. Enter the basic information required to set up your personal account on the Club Log system.
    1. Be very careful: enter your name and not your callsign!
    2. Choose a complex, secure password you don't use anywhere else.
  3. Enter an invite code. You will need to ask an existing user to give you an invite code (anyone who has been using Club Log for a while can give you a code), or follow the process to validate your license documents if you can't think of anyone.
  4. Click the Sign Up Now button to register.
  5. You will shortly receive an email to the email address you gave in step 2 with further details to complete the process
